Karen Papalia is a highly experienced sales leader with over 15 years in the Australian media industry. Since joining Foxtel Media (then MCN) in 2015 as Senior Sales Account Manager, Karen has played a key role in driving the company’s growth in Western Australia. In 2024, she was appointed Sales Director – Perth, leading the next phase of Foxtel Media’s expansion across both linear and digital platforms.

Karen is responsible for overseeing the Perth sales strategy, operations, forecasting, and client and agency relationships. Her strong leadership, deep market knowledge, and commitment to delivering results have made her a trusted partner to clients and colleagues alike.

Throughout her career, Karen has been recognised for her outstanding performance, including being named Media i WA TV Salesperson of the Year and a finalist for WA Digital Salesperson of the Year.

Before joining Foxtel Media, Karen held senior sales roles at Network Ten and Perth Now.
