Brands can now unlock targeted advertising across Foxtel channels on YouTube in newly announced partnership
Sydney - 21 August 2026: Foxtel Media has expanded its brand-safe and premium content environment to YouTube, becoming the exclusive ad sales partner for DAZN-owned Australian YouTube sports channels.
For the first time, brands can target specific DAZN-owned Australian YouTube sports channels including Fox Cricket, Fox League, Fox Footy, FOX SPORTS AUSTRALIA and Kayo SPORTS. Advertisers will be able extend their campaign’s reach to this valuable audience on YouTube while maintaining the quality, context and audience alignment expected from the Foxtel Media ecosystem.
This expanded footprint complements DAZN and Foxtel Media’s proven digital capability, extending the fan journey from live broadcasts on Kayo SPORTS and Foxtel to post-game recaps and mid-week content on YouTube. Positioned as a high-impact reach extension for brand sponsorships and integrations, it provides advertisers a compelling new path to amplify premium sports IP.
DAZN’s Australian YouTube channels have a combined reach of 2.4 million and collectively deliver over 600 million views, with total views growing 200% in calendar year 2025. Key channel highlights include:
- Fox Cricket, which dominates as the top-performing YouTube channel across the suite of channels, generates over 75 million annual views by keeping fans hooked year-round with long-form highlights from Aussie internationals to the IPL.
- Fox League serves up rugby league’s most viral, personality-driven moments, driving 49 million views annually through fan-favourite entertainment shows like Sunday Night with Matty Johns and the cult comedy of Fletch and Hindy.
- Fox Footy feeds the insatiable appetite of AFL fans, generating 18.6 million views annually through heavy-hitting, agenda-setting debate on AFL 360, The First Crack, and On The Couch.
Nev Hasan, Chief Sales Officer, Foxtel Media, said: “As part of DAZN, we see every day the extraordinary power sport has to connect and inspire fans. This partnership takes our sports offering beyond the paywall, opening new playing fields for brands to tap into that passion in a trusted, brand-safe environment.
